By purchasing our therapeutic services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. Services Offered

We offer holistic services, courses and online consultations, including Reiki, Therapeutic Tarot, Kabbalistic Numerology, Astrology, among others. Each service has its description and duration specified on the purchase page.

2. Payment and Confirmation

Payment must be made via PIX, credit card, bank slip or another method available on the website. Confirmation of the appointment will be sent by email or WhatsApp after payment approval.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance according to availability. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show without prior notice, the amount will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations can be requested up to 48 hours before the service, with a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be refunded, but the customer can choose to reschedule the session within 30 days. In the case of online courses, the refund will only be granted within 7 days after purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

5. Responsibility

The services offered are therapeutic and complementary, and do not replace medical or psychological treatments. The services aim to achieve energetic, emotional and spiritual balance, respecting the individuality of each client.
